SOHO LOFT, NEW YORK - AS FEATURED IN DOWNTOWN MAGAZINE

PHOTOGRAPHY: MATTHEW SCRIVENS

In the redesign of this Soho pied-à-terre for a dynamic Southern couple, the objective was to create a contemporary-industrial space with a touch of masculinity. The focus was on highlighting the elegant cast iron columns, while integrating clean lines, monochromatic tones, and a judicious mix of metals and woods. One of the key enhancements was the overhaul of the lighting scheme to address the limited natural light available in the home. The pièce de résistance of the living area is the bespoke slatted TV wall, meticulously crafted to complement the industrial theme and serve as a striking focal point in the room.
