Our Middle East clients commissioned us to renovate a duplex penthouse designed by renowned architect Frank Gehry in a condo, intended for their college-bound child. We upgraded the kitchen, three bathrooms, lighting, flooring, fireplace, and staircase to modernize it. We appreciate the standout features of each space. Our top pick is the sleek and practical kitchen, anchored by a bold Kenya Black island. The angular sofa complements the unique layout seamlessly. Playful furnishings add a vibrant touch, mirroring the youthful vibe of the resident.
