We completely renovated this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home without engaging an architect. Every aspect received a modern update, including the kitchen, bathrooms, lighting, AV, HVAC system, and flooring. The interior was transformed by the removal of several non-load bearing walls, creating a more open layout. Noteworthy additions include a sleek clean-burning ethanol fireplace, a stylish see-through dry bar, and a practical full-wall sliding partition that divides the master bedroom from the home office.
