INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES

1 - FULL SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN

We create a full interior vision based on your needs and requirements while ensuring it stays true to the architecture in which it resides. We are not just selecting furnishings and add interior architectural elements to elevate the space. We serve our clients by reviewing and upgrading lighting, AV, window treatments, and storage for a true holistic and functional space. 

2 - INTERIOR RENOVATION

Our renovation project vary from partial to full gut projects. This typically includes new kitchen and bath remodels, new flooring, electrical, plumbing and AV upgrades. We can lead the architectural renovation or work alongside a client’s architect if one is needed.

3 - NEW CONSTRUCTION

We recommend getting involved as early as possible in the process of a ground up new construction. We will help advise you on cool design features and functional elements. Communication is key and we are happy to collaborate with you and chosen architect and trades or provide recommendations. The better planning is done from the start, the smoother the process will be.

INTERIOR DESIGN PROCESS

What is the typical design process?

1 - ONBOARDING

We open a dialogue to determine your specific design needs and budget parameters. We ask you many questions about your lifestyle and requirements. We want to understand your likes and dislikes in order to create your dream space.

2 - DESIGN

We present you with schematic design mood boards personalized for your space. These help you visualize the vision for your home room by room.

Once approved, we create construction documents to assist trades in correctly executing the design vision.

Next, we specify all materials and finishes so you can experience the full design of your space and color scheme.

Lastly, we finalize all layouts, drawings, finishes down to the smallest detail.

3 - PURCHASING & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

After plans, selections and materials are approved by you the client, we begin implementation by liaising with all vendors and placing all orders. Simultaneously, construction is underway and we project manage every aspect of it by meeting weekly with the trades and always being available for questions or clarifications. Throughout this phase we are keeping track of the budget spending. 

4 - INSTALLATION

At project completion when all furnishing and decorative items are ready for installation, our team arranges delivery and installation of all furnishings, completes final styling and creates your ready to move-in home.
